Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an account?

An authorized Admin sends an invitation. Follow the single-use email link to verify your email and set your password. Public signup is disabled.

Which workspace should I use?

Use Student for enrolled learning, Teacher for assigned-Course authoring and grading, or Admin for academic structure and account participation.

Does accepting an invitation grant access?

Email verification alone grants no LMS access. An active membership, explicit role and applicable enrollment or assignment are also required.

Are my answers saved automatically?

The Attempt interface reports server-acknowledged saves, pending changes, errors and revision conflicts. You can resume an in-progress Attempt.

When can I see my result?

Students can view only results released by a Teacher. Corrections preserve history and changed released grades require review and rerelease.
